Questions before ordering
How do I choose between the five finishes?
Start from where the tattoo will be worn. Indoors at a stand or in a parcel: full colour. A dressed-up evening: metallic. Families and summer events: glitter. A club or night stage: UV, or glow if there are no blacklights. Something that must outlast the event: jagua. Still unsure? Send us the design and tell us about the venue.
What does "EU cosmetic-certified" mean?
Certified under the European cosmetics regulation (EC 1223/2009) and listed on the CPNP portal before sale. Non-toxic, vegan, lead-free. Suitable from 3 years.
What file do I need to send?
A PDF, AI, EPS or SVG if you have one. A PNG or JPG at 300 DPI works too. Keep lines at 0.5 mm or more and text at 6 pt or more. We check everything within 48h and tell you exactly what to adjust before anything is printed.
Why does the price per piece drop so much with quantity?
Most of the cost of a printed tattoo is in setting up the press, not in the material. Spread that across 5,000 pieces instead of 100 and the unit price falls sharply. Jagua behaves differently: the ink itself is a real per-piece cost, so its curve is flatter.
How long does an order take?
About three weeks in production plus 5–7 working days of delivery within Europe, so roughly four weeks in total. Order six weeks before your event to leave room for one round of changes on the proof.
