Delivery Policy
Order processing
In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed before 12 noon Paris time (11am UK time) leave the same day; orders placed later leave on the next working day.
Delivery to the United Kingdom

The delivery rate is applied automatically: orders containing only tattoos are sent in an envelope, and orders containing jagua gel or a gift set are sent as a parcel. The £40 threshold is calculated on the value of the items after discounts. The delivery cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.
All prices are in pounds sterling. Duties and VAT are included: there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Custom tattoos
Custom tattoos are made to order. Allow 3 to 4 weeks of production, followed by 3 to 6 working days of delivery. If your order also contains in-stock items, you can choose at checkout between combined delivery, where all items arrive together in one shipment at no extra cost, and immediate dispatch, where the in-stock items are sent straight away at the usual rate.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
Other destinations
We also deliver to the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Serbia, the United States, Canada, Thailand, Australia, Colombia and the French overseas departments and territories. Rates, delivery times and customs conditions for those destinations are shown when you select that country in our shop.
Maximum delivery period
In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, we deliver within 30 days of your order unless another date was agreed. If your order has not arrived by then, you can ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period; if it still does not arrive, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days.
Transfer of risk
In accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party you designate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
