Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You'll get a dispatch notification by email once your order is on its way.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

All orders to the United Kingdom are shipped from our European workshop. Your parcel clears customs before it reaches you — there are no extra duties or fees to pay on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, full stop.

We know cross-border shopping post-Brexit can feel like a bit of a question mark. Rest assured: tracked shipping is included on every order, and nothing unexpected turns up at your door.

Shipping to the Republic of Ireland

Ireland is in the EU, so no customs, no duties, no fuss — it ships the same way as our European orders.

Delivery times are estimates, calculated from the date of dispatch — not the date you placed your order. Actual times may vary depending on the carrier.

Maximum delivery period

We aim to deliver all orders within 30 days of the order date. If your order hasn't arrived within that window, contact us at contact@temporalis.tattoo and we'll arrange delivery within a reasonable additional timeframe. If it still doesn't show up, you're entitled to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update — carriers can be a bit slow on that front.

If you haven't received your order within 15 working days of your dispatch email, get in touch at contact@temporalis.tattoo with your name and order number, and we'll look into it.

Items not received

If your parcel is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier straight away to open an investigation. If the carrier confirms the parcel has been lost, we'll sort out a replacement or full refund.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@temporalis.tattoo as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll assess each case individually and sort out a replacement or refund as needed. We cover return postage for damaged items.

Returns and refunds
