Order processing
In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed before 12 noon (Paris time) leave the same day; orders placed later leave on the next business day.
Delivery costs
The delivery rate is applied automatically according to the contents of your order. Orders containing only tattoos are sent in an envelope. Orders containing jagua gel or a gift set are sent as a parcel. Delivery is free once your order reaches the threshold for your destination, calculated on the item total after discounts. The delivery cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Custom tattoos
Custom tattoos are made to order. Allow 3 to 4 weeks of production, followed by the delivery time for your destination. If your order also contains in-stock items, you can choose at checkout between combined delivery, where all items arrive together in one shipment at no extra cost, and immediate dispatch, where the in-stock items are sent straight away at the usual rate.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
Customs, duties and taxes
- France, Monaco and the European Union: taxes are included, nothing to pay on delivery.
- United Kingdom: duties and VAT are included, nothing to pay on delivery.
- United States: import fees are included, including for Express delivery; nothing to pay on delivery.
- Canada: import fees are included for orders sent in an envelope (tattoos only). For orders sent as a parcel (with jagua gel or a gift set), customs fees may apply on delivery.
- Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Serbia and Colombia: customs duties, taxes or fees may apply on delivery and are payable by the recipient.
- Thailand, Australia and the French overseas departments and territories: local duties or taxes may be charged on arrival, depending on the regulations of the destination.
Maximum delivery period
In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, we deliver within 30 days of your order unless another date was agreed. If your order has not arrived by then, you can ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period; if it still does not arrive, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days.
Transfer of risk
In accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party you designate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
