Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a dispatch notification by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates, calculated from the date of dispatch (not the date of order). Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, customs procedures, and local conditions.
Maximum delivery period
In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, we undertake to deliver all orders within a maximum of 30 days from the date of order, unless a different delivery date has been agreed at the time of purchase.
If your order has not been delivered within this period, you may contact us at contact@temporalis.tattoo to request delivery within a reasonable additional timeframe. If delivery still does not occur, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days.
Risk transfer
In accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you upon physical receipt of the goods (or by a third party designated by you, other than the carrier). Until that point, we bear the risk.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@temporalis.tattoo with your name and order number, and we will investigate.
Items not received
If a parcel is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier immediately to open an investigation. In the event of proven loss or theft confirmed by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@temporalis.tattoo as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A photograph of the damaged item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
We will assess each case individually and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Return shipping costs for damaged items are borne by us.
Returns and refunds
You have the right to return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, for any reason. For full details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
