Shipping Policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You'll get a shipping notification by email once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Delivery times are estimates, calculated from the date your order ships (not the date you place it). Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, customs processing (for Canadian orders), and local conditions.

Our orders ship from our European fulfillment center. International shipments may occasionally be subject to customs inspection, which can add a few days to delivery.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped to the United States valued under $800 are generally exempt from import duties under the de minimis threshold. In the unlikely event that customs duties or taxes are assessed on your shipment, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We do our best to ensure smooth delivery, and most US orders arrive without any additional charges.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you haven't received your order within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at contact@temporalis.tattoo with your name and order number, and we'll look into it.

Items not received

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation. If the carrier confirms the package was lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@temporalis.tattoo as soon as possible with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item(s)
• A brief description of the issue

We'll review each case individually and arrange a replacement or refund as needed. We cover return shipping costs for damaged items.

Returns and refunds
