Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order, and sets out your rights regarding shipping. It applies to all orders placed on temporalis.tattoo.
Order processing
Standard orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification by email, with a tracking number, once your order has shipped.
Custom and personalized items (such as custom jagua tattoos) are made to order and require approximately 3 to 4 weeks of production before shipping. Standard shipping times then apply once the item ships. The applicable timeframe is shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

We offer free standard shipping above the following order values:
- United States, Canada: orders over $75
- United Kingdom: orders over £39
- France: orders over €25
- European Union: orders over €33
- Switzerland, Norway, Iceland: orders over €45
- Thailand: orders over ฿1,490

Shipping times are estimates, calculated from the date of shipment (not the date of order). Actual shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, customs procedures, and local conditions.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders shipped to the United States or Canada, duties and taxes are prepaid (Delivered Duty Paid) — there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
For orders shipped within the European Union and France, all applicable taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. For the United Kingdom, duties and taxes are prepaid — nothing further to pay on delivery.
For orders shipped to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Thailand, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees set by the destination country. These charges, where they apply, are determined by local customs authorities and are the recipient's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Maximum delivery period
In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, we undertake to deliver your order within a maximum of 30 days from the date of order, unless a different delivery date has been agreed at the time of purchase.
If your order has not been delivered within this period, you may contact us at contact@temporalis.tattoo to request delivery within a reasonable additional timeframe. If delivery still does not occur within that additional period, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days.
Transfer of risk
In accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you upon physical receipt of the goods by you (or by a third party you designate, other than the carrier). Until that point, we bear the risk.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking information to appear.
You can track your order at any time on our tracking page. Please note that for some international services, tracking updates may be limited along the route and often only resume once the parcel reaches the destination country's postal network. An absence of updates does not mean your parcel is lost.
If you have not received your order within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@temporalis.tattoo with your name and order number, and we will look into it.
Parcel marked as delivered but not received
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please open a claim with the carrier without delay. To allow us to process your case, we may ask you to provide proof of that claim and a signed statement of non-receipt. Where loss or theft is confirmed by the carrier's investigation, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; the additional shipping cost may be payable by you.
Unclaimed or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is held at a pick-up point or post office, please collect it within the carrier's holding period, as parcels are returned to us once that period expires. If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping cost may apply) or a refund of the items, excluding the original shipping cost.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@temporalis.tattoo as soon as reasonably possible with:
- Your order number
- A photograph of the damaged item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
We assess each case individually and will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Return shipping costs for damaged items are borne by us.
Returns and refunds
You have the right to return eligible items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please note that jagua gel and custom or personalized items are excluded from returns. For full details, conditions and exclusions, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
