Return and Refund Policy

Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

We offer a 14-day returns policy. You have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return, for any reason and without justification. This right applies to all purchases made on our website, including items purchased during sales or promotions.

Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unopened, with all tags and original packaging intact. You will also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to initiate a return

To start a return, contact us at contact@temporalis.tattoo with your order number. We will confirm your return request and provide instructions on how to send your parcel.

Items must be returned without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of notifying us, to the following address:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

We will reimburse all payments received, including initial standard delivery charges where applicable. If you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option we offer, we will not refund the additional delivery cost.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 14 calendar days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@temporalis.tattoo.

Damaged products or order errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is faulty, damaged during transit, or does not match your order, contact us immediately at contact@temporalis.tattoo with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product(s)

We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate. Return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items are borne by us.

Exceptions — non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g., custom tattoo orders)
  • Gift cards and digital vouchers

If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return has been accepted, simply place a new order.

Items not received

If a parcel is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier immediately to open an investigation. In the event of proven loss or theft confirmed by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
